Shipping Time

All orders usually get shipped within 3-4 business days. Our business days are Monday-Friday.

Domestic Orders

For most serviceable pin codes, we try to deliver within 7-10 working days. But due to unforeseen circumstances like weather, strikes, remote locations, stocking issues, or any other reason – it may take longer. You will however be able to track your package using a unique tracking link that we will email/SMS you after your order is sent to our delivery partner. International Orders

Once the order is dispatched it takes about 2 to 3 weeks for the order to be delivered depending on the country. Shipping rates will vary according to the country to which the order is being delivered.  Buyers will have to cover the customs and import taxes if any. We don’t have any control over delays during customs checks. Returns, cancelations, exchanges, and refunds are not applicable on international orders.

Address/Phone Number/PIN Code Change or Correction

If there is an error in the address provided by you in the address/phone number/PIN Code provided by you and the order is shipped, chances are you would not be able to get it. In such cases, the courier company will return the product to us. We will re-ship it to you once you provide us with the correct address/phone number/PIN Code over email/WhatsApp and you pay for the additional charges. Additional charges in such cases would include, return shipping charge of the product to us, the new shipping charges to your new address, and repacking charge. This would be the same even if the original product came with a free shipping offer. The same would be the case if you want to change the address/phone number/PIN Code of shipment in any other scenario. If you want to cancel any order which is returned to us because of an error in the address/phone number/PIN Code provided by you, you have the option to cancel the order and take a refund as store credits only.
